Warranty Period
24 months from receipt for sensors, switches, cameras, hubs, controllers, accessories (registered via Aqara online store)
Coverage:
Defects in materials and workmanship; excludes damage from misuse, liquids, unauthorized modifications, expired warranty, non-quality issues, or products from unauthorized sellers.
Warranty Handling
Must contact Aqara Customer Service with proof of purchase, model/serial number, defect description.
Return shipping covered in-region; outside region, customer bears freight, customs.
Repair or replacement with new/refurbished units; replacement warranty lasts the original period or 3 months—whichever is longer.
