You can remotely control the desk lamp anytime and anywhere with internet access. For HomeKit remote control, you need to install an Apple TV or HomePod in your home. Note: The HomeKit-supported desk lamp only supports 2.4GHz networks.

Coverage:
Defects in materials and workmanship; excludes damage from misuse, liquids, unauthorized modifications, expired warranty, non-quality issues, or products from unauthorized sellers.
Warranty Handling
Must contact Aqara Customer Service with proof of purchase, model/serial number, defect description.
Return shipping covered in-region; outside region, customer bears freight, customs.
Repair or replacement with new/refurbished units; replacement warranty lasts the original period or 3 months—whichever is longer.
